WORKSHOP ACTIVITIES

Richard Greathouse will be teaching the anatomical methods of the 19th century by making anatomical models and sketching the model from life.

Richard and Welsh will teach anatomical principles and run through detailed knowledge points, so that students can gain the ability to plan their own self-study.

Greathouse and Welsh will also demonstrate and lead the students on how sketch the human body and how to build  an accurate human human skeleton and musculature (ecorche) sculpture with clay.

This workshop include 15 days of tuition

TRAVEL PACKAGE

21 days accomodation in a mini studio (with fridge and washing machine, but no stove)

1 day trip to The Great Wall during one of the middle weekends of your stay

Explore Beijing with other international students with the help of our staff, who will be there to help you navigate public transport, and experience local restaurants. This usually includes:

Hutong Lake District (Alleys of the Old City)

Panjiayuan Antique Market

Some areas to see the more modern China including Expat areas such as Sanlitun

Location: Chinese Oil Painting Academy, Beijing.
